I cannot progress past the quest ‘Through the shattered sky’ as in the frozen throne room there is nothing to interact to progress the quest. WebI had one Skyshard when I started that dropped while doing daily quests. I gathered another seven shards from the chests, and ended up getting two shards while hunting keys. It still took me probably ~20 hours of farming, but the caches really seemed to have a better drop rate than raw-farming mobs (maybe one Skyshard per 20 opened caches).
